Celebration Details
When: Friday, May 3rd at 9am
Who: All graduates (PhD, Master, (online and residential), Bachelor, Certificates) -yes we will have one program this year!
Where: Indiana University Auditorium, 1211 E. 7th Street Bloomington, IN 47405
Reception immediately following the ceremony, we will host a reception with light refreshments at the Luddy School!

Transportation:
Transportation will be available to take you and guests to and from the IU Auditorium. Parking details will be sent out in April.
Bag Checks:
Per Indiana University's recommendation, all bags and personal items will be subject to inspection by onsite security personnel. These quick inspections will take place at the entrance to the Auditorium for guests and during the lineup for graduates. Please allow enough time to arrive at the venue to get through the security checkpoints.

Student needs to arrive 30 to 45 minutes early, strongly suggest families arrive at least, if not more than 15 minutes early to choose seating ( closest parking is at the IMU/Biddle Hotel paid lot, or you park for free at stadium, about a mile away and take a shuttle to Auditorium ) I, personally, would gladly pay to park since it is so near and not have to wait for shuttles. Spring is gorgeous and it’s a short walk.
