Advising

Your advisor is an expert on three things: SICE, IU, and you

Your advisor is dedicated to helping you meet your goals. Current SICE majors have an assigned advisor, and we have two advisors for exploratory students, pre-SICE majors, and students earning a SICE minor or certificate.

Current SICE majors, transfers, and returning students

If you’re a current student and you’ve met the requirements to officially enter SICE, you can make an appointment with your personal SICE advisor or email your advisor with questions. Before you meet with your advisor, see your Academic Advisement Report to check on your degree progress.

These advisors also work with admitted transfer students and returning students.
